• Mercat de Santa Caterina and back to Urquinaona. El Born has its own food market — smaller than the Boqueria but less touristy. A good place to pause for a beer.

The whole loop fits comfortably in 3-4 hours at tourist pace, and you end up back at Urquinaona without needing to take the metro again.
